Made a kit wine sol grundy cab sav over 2 months ago. It has cleared.great and although not full bodied I find it cheap and cheerful. Through laziness after 2 months its still in the fv. Is this ok if so how long can it remain ok in there or will it improve once bottled?
Am i taking a risk for example leaving it in there?
