Not a plant expert, but have had enough questions from kids to know how to search plants, trees and various animals and insects!:)

Looked it up and the description fits perfectly, flowering in February, no leaves and so on.
I tried using an identification tool for some toadstools I had growing in the garden last autumn ... it was not very easy at all.

Google Image search is pretty good to use too, allows you to upload/use an image url and Google will try and find what it is. If you ever needed it :)
