Slightly different method to last years.
2 ltrs of two week old oak leaves (green but not translucent), cleaned, washed, camden and boiling water and brought to boil to help clear camden. Strained onto 1kg of sugar and dissolved.
Added 1 litre of wgj (waitrose) to each gallon. (2 dj's made.)
1tsp of citric, 1tsp of peactolase and 1 tsp of wilko yeast nutrient and a sprinkle of harris premium yeast.
Edit: Sunday evening and has cleared camdens and fermenting.
