I have a vic secret on the go for a week now in the fv. Using a strong mangojack yeast.
How would this hot weather affect fermentation? Will it accelerate it or should I just leave it for the usual two weeks?
Many thanks

The yeast will work quicker at warmer temperatures. Most of the time it only take 3 - 5 days to finish. But you can only be sure when measuring gravity.
