I have neipa in fv did first dry hop in hop bag with pellets second dry hop I am just throwing in and cold crashing it.would the yeast cake still be good to pitch straight on top or would the hop sludge ruin the following beer..also its another neipa I was planning to put on yeast cake

Maybe try washing it first just to clean it up a bit
