I'm a lover of sour beers and desperately would love to brew one. After reading up about it there is nothing that takes you through the actual process step by step. I have read about Bret and by using yogurt.
If there is any one on here who has been successful in brewing one I'd be grateful.
I was taking to a bloke at a brewery some time ago who knew someone that did one using a beer kit?
Secondly has anyone brewed beer using Rhubarb?
