Default No Chill Cube

I have a 25l container, never used it yet, will it be ok to make a brew on Friday and leave it in until Monday to add to fermenter and yeast?
Thanks

I assume it's food grade and seals,if so drain the hot wort straight into the sanitised container, put on the lid and give it a shake with the lid on and leave until your ready.Ive kept one for three weeks with no issues.

Square cubes are fine, be careful if its a Jerry can shape, they have a habit of distorting when the hot wort starts going in and falling over.

go for it, the cold break should still occur but it will result in a much finer deposit, so if you have a cold stone/concrete floor to sit it on that should help the cold break drop out asap.. might be worth leaving a day or two extra perhaps even upto a week to let it drop out entirely so you can rack off it into a fresh FV

I'm not too sure about its capabilities?
Seems thick enough? Could I put two kettles full of boiling water to try it?

That looks OK I use the heavy duty HDPE chemical containers, don't put it in to hot you will get leaching, I put mine in between 70 and 80 degrees C.

I don't have my chiller with me,do you just leave in the boiler until it cools?
Will it get infected just sitting with the boiler lid on?

You don't need to chill as long as it's above 80° it'll be fine to transfer.
