I had a sneaky sample of this last night after 3 weeks in the bottle. It’s really nice but there was no head whatsoever. Nothing!

For the 3 minikegs it’s not an issue because my dispenser puts a massive head on everything, but the remaining 4 bottles are meant to go to my mate who gifted me the grain. Hopefully it’s 1) just an issue with the PET bottle, and 2) due to only having 3 weeks in the bottle.

That's odd their's no head. I've been reading about why some fermentations have huge krausen and some don't this morning which also has a direct impact on head formation/retention. The fact you had flaked barley in the recipe should have at least contrbuted to it having at least some head on the beer, if not a good one

I know, it’s a mystery. I had a thought that I think Mrs Dundee washed my tulip glass last time I used it so there’s a possibility it may have just not been rinsed properly.
