Hi folks,

I've just started a Bulldog Evil Dog Double IPA kit and made a rookie mistake. The kit instructions say that it should be made up to 23 L in a bin that has 27 L capacity, in order to provide plenty of headroom. I misread this and topped it up to 27 L in a 30 L bin.
Can anyone tell me if this means the brew will be completely ruined or just taste weak or just not be as strong?

Any advice will be greatly received.
Cheers,
Alan

The kit itself is showing OG1.062 withan FG 1.010 and giving 7.2abv when its actually 6.83%.
Your dilution of 4 litres shall take it to 1.053 with an abv of of around 5.3% so will alot more sessionable than originally planned.
