Default Newbie

G,day all, newbie here from Port Lincoln in South Australia.
Been a long time browser but have decided to join.
I brew in a basket with an electric system which at the moment is being modified for a 3600w element to replace the existing 2x electric kettle elements. I’m about to order a controller from Still Dragon, which will enable me to manage the power better, rather than turning it on and off at the power point as I do currently. Which is a pita.
Once the rig is up and running again im planning on an English Ale of some sort to keg for the Christmas break.
Cheers, spog.
