Default No Man's Land Yuletide Beer

I had a number of bits and pieces of malt and hops and thought to make them into a beer as you do. As it it Christmas and we have German (and their first world war allies) ingredients but British yeast and some MO malt my wife suggested the moment when they had a truce on Christmas day. So imagine the Brits and Germans chatting on that day and talking about beer. They decide to pool their resources and make a beer together to celebrate that moment of peace - the yeast coming from beer that the Tommys have been drinking. There you have it...No Man's Land.

146th 06/12/17 Brew No Man's Land 1.86kg Vienna Malt, 1.38kg Bohemian Pils, 1kg Extra light Maris Otter, 490g Larger Malt, 150g Crystal 60L, 50g Chocolate and 250g Torrified Wheat. Hops are 18g Magnum 11.8% 70 Mins, 15g 2% Tettnanger 70mins, 26 Hallertauer Hersbruker 2.2% at 10 mins and 26g of the Tettnager at 10mins as well, flameout hops were 13g of the Hallertauer. Expected 27 IBU and 9.4L colour (this actually looks much darker). Yeast - Wilco Gervin. OG 1054 so will be around 5.8%. Colour light to medium brown/Amber. Taste at pitch, malty, quite smooth with a sharp bitterness but at back of mouth and throat - front of mouth stays creamy. Bitterness lingers at this stage.
