Apols in advance for a newbie question.
I'm setting up to try my first wine kit.
I'm looking at the one of the Winexpert kits (e.g. the Classic Reisling).
I'm thinking of getting a Carboy for it so that I can see what's going on better than I could in one of my 30L beer ones.
I like the look of this one 'Fermonster 23L' (https://www.lovebrewing.co.uk/fermonster-with-cap-o-ring-bung-and-airlock/) - but are these suitable for completely doing a 23L kit, or do you need to start off in something a bit bigger and then rack into one of these?
