Adding sugar

I'm about to do my first all grain brew following a Graham Wheeler recipe. One of the ingredients is a small amount of sugar but I can't find any mention of when it's added, csn someone advise please?

In the kettle towards the end of the boil is a good place. This guarantees it gets dissolved and is sanitary.
