Will be brewing this tomorrow before going away for a week of hols.

Just weighed out the grains and I'm looking at

Total weight 3.5kg
Pale 3kg
Pale crystal 150g
Pale chocolate 50g
Torry wheat 300g

Will be using 30g Nelson Sauvin as FWH
Then 30g at 30mins
The balance of the packet to steep while the wort cools at the end of the boil.

Brew length 23l
Yeast T58

Should be a good one, and I have my trusty new digital thermometer so I can actually tell what temp my mash is

This went reasonably smoothly.

Only thing is I added two protaflocs by mistake (dont ask) and overshot my brewlength by quite a bit. So I have about 27l of 0.028 pale bitter which will not fit in my fv. I therefore decanted 2l into a Weston's scrumpy bottle, added a pinch of T58 and inocluated with some of the dregs of the last brew which I was kegging and bottling (SO4 based). I will also add the last few mls of my Brett to this and hey, you never know!

Right. Thats going to be 6 cornies filled up.... Norm? :D
