Just to say I've never put orange peel or coriander into an American wheat but have to a Belgian Wit.

I tried doing a wheat with US-05 last year and it was very dull, no character.. but then I didnt add anything like orange or coriander either it was just barley and wheat so that's probably where I went wrong.
I'd want something from the yeast in a wheat, but if not then US-05 could work I suppose
