Link here went yesterday, two bars, 8 miles apart, lovely trip between the two bars, but one end three beers, other end one beer and a cider on tap, not what I would call a beer festival, I travelled 1/2 mile to get there, and I know the three local pubs also have an event on, but no live music, food one end the normal burger bar, other end a pizza van, and Welshpool end no place under cover to eat it.
Went to Welshpool twice as met some friends in Llanfair, second trip the bar and pizza huts were closed.
OK I know the problem, catering manager walked out, leaving others to try taking up the slack, but the event on Friday was a bit of a flop, hope better today and Sunday.
