Hey folks
Trying this next weekend.... couple of different grains in here (biscuit & cara amber) and hops (pilgrim) that I've not used before either. I'm also trying some water treatment (ooo-err).

Let me know what you think!

Estimated OG: 1.043 SG
Estimated Color: 13.0 EBC
Estimated IBU: 62.8 IBU
Boil Time: 90 Minutes

4.00 kg Pale Malt
0.30 kg Caraamber
0.30 kg Wheat Malt
0.20 kg Biscuit Malt
40.00 gm Pilgrim [11.50 %] (90 min)
30.00 gm Williamette [6.70 %] (20 min)
30.00 gm Williamette [6.70 %] Aroma Hop-Hops 80C for 20 mins
1.00 items Protafloc (Boil 15.0 min)

Have a good birthday and brew Tony.

Biscuit malt is on my list of brews to do as is getting some williamette

Cheers Sean ... birthday isn't until the beginning of July but need to get the brew on this week.

Have you ever had Thornbridge Jaipur IPA? I found this on tap at a couple of places in town last week ... it is pure nectar. I'm embarking on a mission to clone this as soon as possible. (If anyone has already sorted it, please post!)
