Hi,
building a boiler from an old burco picked up on Ebay. Using it as an upgrade from the mango chutney with 2 kettle elements I built. The mango chutney will function as HLT now.

Added 22mm tank connector and a ball valve tap using Q-Max cutter:

Added hop strainer- Ikea splatter guard cut up and shoved into tank connector.

But I'm not sure what to do with the wiring! I've read about simmerstats but not sure if this has one? It boils but only just. Currently doesn't have a lid so that may have an effect.

This is the wiring:

Anyone advise where I cut/connect? Handy at most things but electrics not so much!
