I'm not a beer brewer so just a suggestion, if it's stuck and nothing to lose, pop some EC1118 wine yeast in. It will ferment anything at a big temp range down to dry and if that doesn't work something is killing the yeast.
Yeah I’m keen to try anything.

I’ve ordered some and will get it next week. If something is killing the yeast, should I maybe transfer to a PB, clean and sterilise the FV and then put it back in the FV before I pitch the new yeast? There are still a few bits floating around in the samples I take, I’m assuming yeast which is why it tastes so yeasty. Should I filter this, cold crash it or something?
