Hiya gang, I just put 50 grams of Young's powder wine tannin in 100 LTRs of elderflower champagne, and the dang thing as frothed right up, I started the whole thing off yesterday, and it's quite warm in the house, but only put the tannin in today', so it must have started to ferment rapidly, I'm just concerned I'm going to lose, the whole damb turkey, any ideas out there, thx
