Fitting a commercial keg coupler to a Corney - any options?

For reasons, I'm interested in fitting a commercial keg fitting to a Corney keg. Specifically, to suit a Type A flat fitting (see images below).

Does anyone know if lids with such fittings have ever been made for Corney kegs?

I guess I can imagine something like:

a) The Corney posts are blanked off and the lid itself has the A-type coupler built into it.
b) A standalone A-type coupler with fittings (maybe NC) to support connecting to the Corney NC connectors. Less than ideal perhaps, but might work for the required application (connecting to an automated keg washing system).

Some breweries use 20 litre kegs with the A type fitting, which look similar to corny kegs, however therse are a separate design, known as Sanke (or Sankey) kegs. This fitting cannot be retrofitted to a standard Corney keg.

To partly answer my own question, there is a commercial product available in Europe called the "Thielmann Starter Keg". Almost all information I find on this is in German, it doesn't exactly meets the requirements I had because it's a whole new keg, rather than just the lid for a Corney. Also the problem is the price! €223 I found it online (slightly cheaper on eBay), but still quite a lot more than a regular Corney keg.

My question is why do you want this?
I just use metal or plastic kegs mostly Sankey D or key keg coupling or the adapter to fit on D tops without the post using triclamp and has ball locks on.
Most people are using corney and very happy with them, I have no experience with them.

We don't have an automated keg washer.
We want to use easier to clean kegs.
We would rather move away from 50 litre kegs to something smaller.
We sell to commercial enterprises that are commonly using Type A fittings.

I'm using 20 litre Sankey kegs, mine have D couplers but they can be fitted with A coupler with a change of stem or bought that way. I got mine from a commercial brewer who was upgrading to 30 litre kegs.
I take out the stem and wash my kegs with keg washer made from pond pump, pipe and CIP ball.
