I was just on TMM website adding the ingredients for the Gregg Hughes Cherry Lambic, and it costs over £40 just for the yeast. Is there any way to reduce this cost? Is there a "blend" available that will do the same thing? Perhaps dried versions? I am quite new to using liquid yeast (and to AG in general - I am using this as an opportunity to try extract brewing in fact).
