New member so giving you all a wave.
Speed dating summary of me:
Just 50, "married with children" (love and marriage...)if you get the reference

Scouser, but been in Geordieland for the last 25yrs. Any northeast brewers especially near Washington would much appreciate a brew day.
Communication engineer by day... alchemist by night.
Did a lot of extract brewing some years back, but a house Reno saw all my gear chucked out accidentally. Or so the wife says.
Back to it now the kids are grown up and I needed a hobby with benefits. I'm new to all grain but going with gusto just completed my second brew...first was a minor disaster.
Have a 3/4 finished "brew house" I e. 1/3 of the utility room. Pretty much all the gear and half an idea.
Looking forward to draining you guys of knowledge and sage advice.
