Well its been like 6 months since my blackberry and elderberry wine. Still haven't bottled. Had run out of room, both inside and outside of house. Bottled up 90 bottles should last, leaving 3 gallons to do. Threw stuff that had turned and didn't like to make a bit of room and knuckled down to wittling away stock :beer1:.

Anyway split a 500ml bottle of blueberry concentrate from Ikea (£3.50) 200ml/300ml or there abouts into 2 demijohns.
DJ1
200ml Blueberry juice concentrate (22g sugar according to bottle label)
850g sugar
1 litre rgj
1 tsp of powdered tannin and citric acid
1/4 tsp wilko yeast nutrient and pectolase to help clear later on, no need for extra of these.
GV4 yeast

DJ2
as above except 300ml blueberry & 800g of sugar.

Day 3 and a nice head to the yeast and both fermenting away.
