Hi folks,
About to brew a (sort of) clone of The Kernels IPA. The malt is 100% pale Maris Otter, and the Hops I am going to use are Nelson Sauvin (Pellet) and Wai-Iti (Whole Leaf).
I'm basing my recipe off of the posts found in this thread: Kernel IPA Mosaic - All Grain clone
My recipe/hop schedule can be found on brewers friend here: Nelson Sauvin Wai-iti IPA - All Grain American IPA Homebrew Beer Recipe - Brewer's Friend
My worry is about the balance of these two hops, particularly since the Nelson's are pellets and the Wai-Iti are whole leaf.
Has anyone got any advice?
