Hi All, have been home brewing since 2007 start in with full all grain and have learnt a lot , but have slowed the last few years...now 52 would like to process forward again with one day have a Pro set up...
So far a have moved a lot of top soil in my garden to make way for a Concrete base ....l have a metal shed 12' x 8'.
Thinking about drainage....?
Thinking about electric, s ...?
Thinking about that very damp corner of the garden which is allways wet....???? my own water.
Thinking about the legal side.....? Have not got a clue.
Thinking about l need a brewing partner with more income than myself....
Thinking about my next career even if its a side career....?
Thinking about specialising in dark beers only.....NIGHT Sky Brewing.....no DIPA....no jucy hazy beers....no silly fruit beers....etc.
Thinking about making a copper Coolship....?
So with passion and hard work me and some one new could make this happen.
I am currently a metalshaper working on high end cars ....Classic Ferrari,s ,Porsche, Jaguar, etc but cannot do this forever !!
So very good at Tig, Gas, MIG welding etc.
Have a homemade 90 litre US Brutus style setup....
So who would like to join or help startup the Night Sky Brewery..

PS : Matthew Brown brewery was a huge brewery in Blackburn and was sold for 94 million to S&N.
