That beats me hands down. That has got to be the most complicated system I have ever seen to brew 80 liters.

It’s basically a 2V setup though, where is the sparge water to be heated?

The two taps on the FV perhaps suggests the sparge water can be stored there, possibly cycled through the Heat and Chill.

Saying that, it's not been used. A bridge not yet crossed.
