Greetings,

So I'm new here but not to the hobby. I've been brewing mead, wine, cider, and beer for over 7 years now. I started out with mead and moved to extract kits for beer in my first year. Then started with making my own extract recipes and making country wines as well from left over fruit that wasn't being eaten by the kids. I have done all grain with a Brewzilla for just over a year now. Until last year most of my knowledge came from reading books and random web articles. Hope to use the forums here to learn and share what I've discovered over the years

Books are a good source of knowledge. I'm revisiting 'for the love of hops' at the moment. Brulosophy is a good website if you haven't come across it already. Learning and sharing on here is what its about and there's always plenty to learn :D .

Welcome.
