Hello all, I have been away from homebrew for a very long time, and with the rising costs, thought I would re-kindle my interest. Needless to say I have forgotten everything on what to do, so starting from scratch with kits first, then onto wine from basics (I used to make a mean elberberry wine, after a few years maturing, it blew me head clean orf !!!!).
