I brewed a Woodforde’s Nog a while back. Fantastic pint.
Tried it again but this time the head is brown.
The head doesn’t last long (that satisfying slip all the way down the glass) and it just isn’t as good in general.
Primed it with normal sugar, as I did last time, had a bit of a stall during bottle conditioning (a bit cold) but moved it to warmer climes and now it’s about the right fizz but disappointing.
Any clues? Ta
