I've bought some grape concentrate (Garffen Red & White Grape Juice Concentrate 65 °Brix: Concentration factor 4) mainly to use in my country fruit and flower wines.

Last year I bought some 1 gallon wine kits and made those up so that I also had some grape wines alongside the country wines. This year I'm considering making grape wine using just the concentrate. Does anyone have a reliable recipe for making wine just from concentrate - how much concentrate per gallon for a full bodied red and for a nice dry white? Do I need to be adding anything other than the grape concentrate, water and yeast? Would powdered grape improve the wine, if so, how much do I need to add? And, what about oak chips (never used these before!)?

I have some dried elderberries and elderflowers - would adding some of these to the concentrate improve the wine? I am already making these wines in their own right.

Any easy reliable recipes would be gratefully received.
