I am running out of beer!

Was hoping to get through the summer but after some long weekends away camping at the BSB etc I am going to run out! My last brew was a hop back summer lighting split with us-05 and bottle reclaimed yeast.
The us-05 came out great as would expect but the reclaimed yeast brew was not half as good so ended up down on beer stocks.

Weather not great this weekend so permission to brew has been granted.

I am thinking of doing a double brewday by doing a big mash and then splitting the wort for two boils, does that sound ok?

Worthington White Shield and Flowers Original bitter have about the same grain bill so for 2 x 23ltr brews

Pale Malt 8 Kg
Crystal Malt 690g

Split the wort.

First Boil 90mins
WWS
Start of Boil
Challenger Hops 28g
Northdown 19g

45 minutes into boil
White Sugar 480g

Last Ten Minutes
Northdown 16g
Irish Moss

Cool, drop into FV1 and a quick clean of the copper then on to second brew...

Second Boil 90 mins
Flowers Original
Start of boil
Target 39g
Styrian Goldings 10g

45 minutes into boil
White Sugar 591g

Last ten minutes
Styrian Goldings 10g

Marc Ollsson says to dry hop in the cask but not done any dry hops before so will have to see.
