Possibly my favourite of all those bottle conditioned beers was White Shield Worthington, at one time brewed in the small plant inside the Bass Museum, now owned by Coors. Available at Morrisons then, sadly no longer brewed at all I think. It was one of my Dad’s favourites, along with Bass Red Label. I got different FG reading from other samples, as you would expect with a beer that is still fermenting.
