Not really sure what the problem is there Jack. Never had any trouble with mine,it really should be kicking off by now. :hmm:

Have you tried rousing it?Give it a good old shake up,it won't do it any harm.

Well I added a level teaspoon of Youngs GP wine yeast and its now going like the clappers - not sure if will have any impact on the taste, mixing the cider yeast with the wine yeast. :wha:

Quick question -

Does the preservative in the lemon/lime juice not prevent the must from fermenting?

Have got 10L sitting on my bedroom floor! It's been 24 hours and no bubbles yet.. was starting to get worried that the preservatives were messing with my yeasties!

Looking forward to this, it sounds yummy!

Maybe give it a gentle swirl around,should really have taken off by now.
