Bought these today in Morrisons as they were on a 4 for £6 offer. When I got home found from the receipt they had charged me nearly £9. If I went back they would claim one of the bottles wasn't part of the offer. Shocking customer service I'll stick with Aldi and Lidl in future.

either bad shelf stocking or an EPOS system that hasn't been taught properly.
very seldom i'd spend £9 for 4 beers. an email of complaint via their online store may prove fruitful. i've found their customer support to be very helpful.

I'd go back and check...if you was wrong I'd say someone bought them for you and you don't like them so want a refund.

I've fallen foul of this in Morrisons. They sneak beers that aren't in the offer in amongst others that are in the offer, then hope you don't notice until you get home. I always check in the aisle and then check again at the till now.

I got caught out in Onestop where they have x2 4 pack for £10 I thought it included the Camden pale as the sign was next to it but it was only for Brewdog.

If only St Austell brewery could flog a 12 for £18quid bottle case of it direct to the consumer for around about the same price...id gladly go direct. Its currently £26 a case incl delivery.

Not sure how. Ive always found the shelf edge labelling in Morro's easy to understand. And all the 4for6ers are vertically merchandised with bright yellow ticket markers.
TBH the larger Tesco stores have a greater range and you earn the clubcard points if that's your thing.

Next time if there is a next time I photograph their display and check the receipt before I pay.

But you are ok with Morrison's considering getting rid of staff at its Bradford HQ during the pandemic & last year shedding 3k low end manager jobs, then 1500 job cuts in 2018?

I had a similar experience in Asda a couple of years ago, I bought 4 bottles from the 4 for £6 offer, but checked the receipt before leaving the store and took it up with customer services. She escorted me to the beer aisle and checked each bottle, one was not in the deal despite being in the middle of the offer section. I swapped that bottle and received the discount plus a £2 gift card.

Same thing happened to me at Waitrose - I complained to the store manager whose response was to blame a particular member of staff saying "he should know better by now"

Waitrose are the masters of misleading labelling

I didn't say that I can afford to shop at Waitrose

I find that if I shop there I am less likely to bump into one of my creditors (most of them shop at Aldi or Lidl)

Waitrose prices aren’t bad if you stick to their Essentials own brand stuff, no dearer than Asda and the like. But it’s almost impossible not to be tempted by the higher priced items. Especially the deli and booze section. I am weak.

Going shopping with the kids!

The Tesco extra by me has a rubbish selection of beers, Asda is too far away, Sainsbury's is too expensive but they do have a good selection. Morrisons is closest and has a great selection and gas recently started doing a craft selection in 440ml cans.

Can beat Aldi on price though
