Next up for me is GH Northern Brown Ale, just waiting for the dry stout to free up FV.

I also have these AG kits supplied by The Malt Miller waiting in the wings👍🏼🍺
Going to be a busy few weeks.😀
1.Two Hearted Clone American IPA (Fantastic kit have made 2 of these before👍🏼🍺)
2.Hefe Weiss (Jon Finch Erdinger Clone)
3.Mikkeler Cream Ale
4.Tiny Rebel Urban IPA
5.Rustic German Lager Keller Pils
6.Intensely Hopped Lager-Jon Finch

I’ve got a punk IPA clone to brew, I need to do another Pilsner whilst it is still cold here as my stocks are low and I have the grain and hops sat there just waiting to be used (last one eventually turned good!) another hefeweizen and then various IPAs. I recently had a few St Austell proper job Cornish IPAs which was very good. They precariously give you the recipe on the side of the can so I’m going to have a go at recreating that. That will use up my remaining Maris Otter (so I can then buy more 😁).

maybe try an English pale ale or golden ale for summer

I’m Fermenting or conditioning at the moment are an English IPA, a cascade andcentennial IPA and a mosaic pale ale.

ingedients in transit for a kolsch, a session tropical pale ale (based on saucery) and my regular US pale ale.
Like the sound of the tropical pale ale much flavour in it ???

My next brew that's on is Hammer of Thor, 4 days left in ferminator at a guess. Read a bit about this and seen tasting videos. If it lives upto what I hope could have a favourite. We live in hope.

Currently in my `brewery':

Czech Pilsner (drinking)
Green Chili IPA (conditioning)
Milk Stout (Conditioning)
1864 Lovibond XB pale ale (fermenting)

Next up is going to be:
1823 Cobb & co Amber Small Beer
Amber Cascade (or maybe First Gold for a change)

So I added 100g of sweet oj peel at 10mins left of boil and a jar of marmelade. When bottling I added a litre to missus soda stream to carbonate. Tasted good, the rest was bottled and should be ok in another week or so.
next brews gonna be a Golden Ale

Hopefully a simple saison today, bottle my opus pa tomorrow.

Brew and bottle patersbier and weissbier respectively next week. That might be me done for a month or so. Need to check my dispense capacity!
