The Howling. This was very good. Very malty and full bodied with a robust yet smooth bitterness, the kind that lingers on your tongue and keeps you coming back for more.

That sounds nice..I wonder what a beer would be like called "the owling"...which was all about owls?

Ah. The malt and yeast are closely guarded secrets, until you've tried a bottle and tell me what you think 😉
Swap?
🍻
Sounds good. I have Dave's
golden ale on its way to me as well. What do you fancy in return.
Belgian single
Lemon and rosemary rye Saison
Czech amber lager
Doppelbock
Sorachi ace Saison
Czech pilsner
Brett Saison
I am kegging my Neipa tomorrow as well. This will be entered in the comp if I can master bottling using a carbonation cap.

Well... would you mind swapping a Brett saison for the BGA, then we'll have a neipa swap after - mine is in the fv??

2nd taster of my bottle conditioned hoppy Belgian pale. Carbonation after 11 days is much better now..needs more dry hops and more bitterness to get closer to the what I get from Taras Boulba..also gonna ditch the ale malt and just use pilsner and wheat in MK2 as it's a little dark.

Carbonation looks spot on. My single is lacking a bit. Have you bottled the full batch in 330 ml bottles

Got two beers tonight, Fullers 1845 & Fullers Golden Pride, Still on the shop bought, dare I mention it, haven't brewed a drop in 2021, but will rectify that once I have moved..
Cheers.
1845 a gem of bottled beers shame I can’t seem to find it around here now, it used to be a weekend beer for me, really miss it.
