@dave_77 white IPA

Lovely soft mouth feel. Aroma is light but has some really nice flavour to it. Citrus and light pine. Another well made beer. Nice clarity with good lacing on the glass.

@dave_77 lemon drop Saison. This is nice, highly carbonated as per style. Very much yeast driven in aroma and flavor with a firm bitterness. Light lemon citrus flavour in the background.
This is well balanced with a nice dry finish.
Some debate on another thread about Saison recipe's. This is a nice example my latest has hallertau blanc as the single hop.

Cheers for the swap

Glad you liked that one, I'm pleased with Lemondrop for a Saison (first time using it). I only have a couple of bottles left of that version as I Brett bottled conditioned most of the batch. Be interested to try the Hallertau Blanc in a Saison.

I brought 450g of hallertau Blanc. It's went into a single hop Saison. Next up is a hazy pale with mosiac, something similar to turtle's all the way down I have been asking you about.
The last will be the same only with a Belgian yeast 👌
