Is that a clone of the Guinness one? Do you have a recipe?
This is the thread discussing it. The credit goes to @MmmBeer who supplied a link with a load of clone recipes. Can't find it at the minute but my conversion of the original new Zealand recipe malts to malts we have here in UK is on that thread.

Edit:

This is the thread with the original recipe that @MmmBeer found

This Simcoe and Cascade pale ale from @pilgrimhudd is right up my street !
Perfect level of bitterness for me, with lovely piney, grapefruity citrus aromas.
I've had it in the fridge since delivery so the chilled glass doesn't do the clarity of this beer justice, it's well carbed and keeps a nice tight delicate head to the bottom of the glass.
I could happily drink this all evening.
Thanks for sharing, compliments on the label too, I must try harder !

Thanks mate! I think I finally stumbled on a decent pale ale!

Would challanger

Would summit or first gold work in a bitter. I got a load of leaf hops that I need to start using
I think they’d work better in a pale ale. You could use my bitter recipe and omit the roast barley, use crystal 30 rather than 225 and then use summit or first gold.

Better still, buy some Fuggle 😉

That it is ! 👍

Was looking forward to trying it as I have a similar Simcoe and Citra pale ale ready to keg this weekend - first time brewing with Simcoe.
I'll try and bottle a couple and stick one in the post, bring us up to evens !

Yep. Challenger and First gold work well together.

While I doff my cap to Mr H on recommending fuggles, there are other options available.

I did a "Lakeland Ale" with challenger and First Gold in 2020 that was very well received by all who tried it (including some old farts that are quite hard to please). It was somewhat representative of an English Lakes / West Yorkshire amber bitter. Quite different to Hazelwood's preferred Southern English bitters, but still an excellent ale. Go with a Yorkshire ale yeast for this one. I used Nottingham which was ok but suppressed some of the hop flavour - it could have been brighter. Challenger for bittering, challenger and First gold in conservative measures for aroma and flavour. The first gold tends to want to take over so you need a light hand.
