First pint bottle of Woodforde's Wherry, the first beer I've brewed in over thirty years. Impatience got the better of me. It's only been in the bottle 3 weeks, but I'm pleased with the clarity and the taste. It's holding its head nice as it's going down. A few more weeks and it will be spot on.

Last of my Exmoor Gold 😪

Very clever exposure control, is the pint glass of bitter involved? 🍺
How did you reduce the ambient lighting outdoors whilst increasing the light on the bar area? 💡🤪
Ah, you give me too much credit, the picture was just taken on my iPhone. The lighting outdoors is quite soft but there are more bulbs around the bar making that look brighter. I sat under the illuminated gazebo so the pint is well lit and takes focus.

Ah-ha!
Thought that the beer was involved somehow.
Also thought it might just be nightfall!
🙄 Nicely done though.
BTW, the Czech-ish Pilsner is now looking clearer in the maturing polypin.
Recipe 'similar' to yours, only using 'what I had in' :
Maris Otter Pale,
A little mixed crushed grain (H&B plain Muesli base!) 65°C
A little freshly inverted sugar syrup
Saaz hops, 3 stages,
Pitched onto recovered Nottingham yeast from previous English Bitter brew.
Forgot the Protofloc.

😂 I think we only have the Saaz hops in common.
