English IPA. Went a bit crazy on the hops in this one 60 IBU, not sure if you can get Pride of Ringwood or Super Pride in the UK

Going to mellow down with my next brew Samuel Smiths India Ale.
Samuel Smith Brewery: India Ale clone - Brew Your Own
60 IBU's?
Pah,
Softy!
The user-upper English bitter I casked on this monday calculates out at 74 IBU's.
Lip-smacking tasty :onechug: on testing.
Still clearing after some trub came over.
Photos tomorrow if clearer/better. 👍

Exactly the same here @Rodcx500z - mine's been in the keg about a week (brewed on the 4th Oct).
Looks very similar to yours so either we've both got it right or... 🤣

This one is bittered with Northern Brewer then Tettnang and Hallertauer Hersbrücker at flameout.
OG 1052.

I think we are on the right track, i have just been reading style notes, what i need is temp control i used Beoir yeast so hence the name false vienna, but it is very tasty which yeast did you use

Just finished the last bottle of Twisted Stout bottled in Sept 2019. Didn't know I had any left as it was in the darker recesses where Aragog lurks! Looked up my notes, which said "ok, but not worth brewing again". Well that's got scratched out straight away. A lovely drop.

That looks really good. Does numero 2 mean it's your second glass of home-made, or a sample from your second batch?

Neither - it's the second glass of shop bought ha ha! I'm on number three now but haven't had time to post. Making some calzones. They were going to be mini ones but unfortunately they've turned into giant monstrosities! 😁

They are mozzarella, red pepper, salami and fresh basil.

Love it. West Country cider is one of the only two things I miss out here at the frontier. Fortunately, just received a Red Cross survival package with another one in time for Yule.
Had to look up calzones- they sound very interesting so going to have a go. The bigger the better in my book.
