lager/kolsch/pseudo lager to include European and American styles

I've been part of a fair few of these now and I lucky enough to be hosting this month's lagers.

This covers everything around the world of lager and pseudo. So please DM if you would like to get involved.

Will be looking to be tasting on the first or third weekend of December.

I'll get the line wedge ready...
Last 2 bottles you’ve sent me were reused Corona bottles so hoping I can tap into your obvious affection for the Mexican lagers, even if the beer might be a bit young!

Yeast starter took off like a rocket (signs of activity much sooner than the London Ale II I used for my last brew despite them both having similar time left before the best before dates) - it’ll be my first time using the Whitelabs Mexican lager yeast. I’ve just used Lallemand Diamond the 2 other times I’ve done one.

That's all any of us can hope for
I’m pressure fermenting as well, so hopefully I can fit in 3 weeks fermenting and a week lagering, bottle already carbed straight from FV and send straight to you.

It’ll definitely be a test of my brewing skills/setup. If you do first weekend of December I might struggle, but if you’ll “do a me” and allow entries up to judging I should easily make the 3rd weekend.
