Last proper glass from my 5L polypin cask of my first brew of the Exmoor Gold recipe from on here.
BOO!
Then again, there are another 5L and a 10L yet to be started on.
HURRAY! 🍻
I knew it was coming to an end when air sucked back though the spout last pouring.
Only change is it seems to have enhanced the little proportion of Crystal malt in it. No hint of vinegar or other oxidation.
I suppose it's cold and dark in that there Northerly corner of the garage, so it must help being there.

A cracking IPA from Cromarty brewing, based on this fella I must get myself some Ekuanot hops.

Intruiged by that hop variety, I looked it up on Charles Faram.
Sounds interesting.
Sadly I don't have any, I only have:

Archers,
Admiral,
Amarillo,
Cascade,
Challenger (lots),
Citra,
Dana,
Ernest (fair amount),
First Gold,
Fuggles,
Northern Brewer (fair amount too),
Harlequin,
Nelson Sauvin,
Saaz.

I was a lucky winner of a KegThat.com hop raffle!

I'm drinking my AG Chocolate Oatmeal Stout, which has done its 2 weeks carbing, 2 weeks conditioning in the loft and 2 days in the fridge. I mentioned on another thread that I was happier with the beer, following my previous attempt, but only because I've now got the right amount of chocolate aroma and flavour that I was hoping for. There's even a slight taste of coffee - possibly from the roasted cacao nibs. Really happy with this one, so much so that I've ordered the ingredients from TMM again, but scaled up to give me a 20L batch rather than this 12L batch which will not last long! Cheers!

In the loft?! 😂

Definitely making the most of available space.

I've no other space in the house! 😁 The wife has never been in the loft, so it's the only space in the house that's mines! I can barely get away with one fermenter sitting in a room without getting moaned at! 😆
😂 Just make sure you don’t bring down the ceiling! I imagine something like a brewing version of a cannabis farm.
