Had a porter from grasmere brewery as necessary refreshment on a walk earlier in the week which was good.

Just had this Imperial porter from siren which was lovely, plenty of warm alcohol and rye spiceyness.

Went out to lunch with friends today and had several pints of “Red Top” from a local brewery - The Old Dairy. Not overly impressed with the bottled version but on tap it was lovely. Home now and time for an excitable Saison!

Got back up the road tonight and this little lot was sitting on the doorstep. Ive got a mix of blonde, dubble, triple and quads to look forward to over the next week or two. All in the name of my education of course,

Opened one of these to go with food. First one I've had, slight chilli note, think I prefer the standard CCC though.

I find that with all 'Coloured Tops' from the Old Dairy I've had.
Then again as my Mum lives in Tenterden, the beer's only been transported up the length of Station Road.
And Tenterden ain't all that big!
