Hi Fellow Brewers,

I am relatively new to All grain brewing (4 so far) and I am looking for some recipe Inspiration for my next brew which will be done over the xmas/new year break.

Beers that I generally like are:

American IPA
English IPA
APA
Amber Ale
English Bitter

Commercial beers that I tend to like are
Adnams - GhostShip, Mosaic & Ease Up
Woodforde's- Wherry & Bure Gold
Punk IPA
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Vocation Life and death
Timothy Taylor - Lanlord
St Austell - Tribute

Would anyone be willing to share any recipes with me that would be similar to the above beers/styles, that I could brew over Xmas.

You’ll get the punk IPA and all brewdogs other recipes up to 2019 on the Brewdog recipes website if you google it. Plenty there that fit styles you like.
other than that, such a wide choice though, you may want to narrow it down and get advice brew by brew!

Don't fear making your own recipe. All of the above can be easily and successfully made with a combination of Pale Malt, Hops and Yeast, and then usually none to around 10% of a crystal malt, depending on the colour required. Using the recipe @Cheshire Cat put in post #3 as a guide to hop timings, have a play swapping the hops for ones you like and match them with a yeast from the same region, i.e British Hops with a British yeast. Have fun with it.

As a generalisation use more hops on the hop stand for more hoppy aroma/flavour of Ipa and US styles. Adjust the first addition to make the beer more or less bitter.

I've also brewed this and can vouch for it. Excellent recipe.

Look forward to giving it a go soon, novice question bit where do I get / what is The Fi
Assume Gervin is the English ale one?
https://www.crossmyloofbrew.co.uk/yeast-specsThe Firm is CML's version of Windsor. It doesn't ferment maltotriose so the Gervin (Nottingham) is used to bring the FG down.
Personally, I wouldn't give anything alluding to "the Firm" or "Windsor" houseroom. I'd rather drink fermented pig's piiss!
