Started a brew yesterday that didn't go to plan I added 15 g warrior at 60 min got called away only to return at 1 min left threw 85 g warrior in got called away once again not to return for nearly 2 hours
So what am I looking at here anyone any ideas safale us 05 yeast was used
Should I dry hop or just leave it
4.5 kg pale ale malt used also

Anyone any advice here should I dry hop to add flavour or would anyone know will it be OK

Just googled warrior hops - 15-18%AA. I think this stuff is going to blow your head off. Was it boiling for the last 2 hours or just resting?

I am guessing the boil stopped after the last one minute addition if so it will be like doing a flameout/whirlpool addition so it will have added IBU's as it cooled but will have slowed down once it hits about 80c so it will have some extra bittering but if you like bitter beers you may be ok and it will mellow once kegged too.
I would not dry hop it as this will deffo add more bittering/perceived bittering and tip it over the edge bittering wise

Yes should have said taste it first aa a basic test. It would be way too bitter for me as I do not tolerate bitterness more than a standard Bitter but everybody is different so do that first
