The Greg Hughes recipe is a winner for me. I tried something different this time and it is nice but prefer the Hughes one.

I have 4 daughters 3 of them are out on the drink
1 in Belfast drinking shots from 11.30
1 in town drinking god knows what from 1pm
1 just being left to the pub
1 sitting here with me and the wife drinking cocktails from 2.
im heading out for a few scoops to drown the shamrocks now.
family of alcoholics for 1 day only.
3 day hangover for all

This citra and simcoe pale ale is by far the best beer I have brewed (swear) so it’s getting brewed tomorrow and will become the house pale. Greg Hughes recipe and it’s soo nice. Not a massive hop aroma but a fantastic flavour. It is that nice I drank most of it before remembering to take a pic

No bar for me unfortunately, two young children to watch. I have the water heating up now for a brew. Decision time German wheat beer or a Dunkel
