To the driver of the Mazda captured at 73mph on TOM BENSON WAY (40mph), I would suggest it’s not the best idea to then take both hands off the wheel to give offensive gestures to the enforcement van.
Don’t worry you’ll be able to watch it all back with a magistrate #fatal5

Imagine the uproar if those people could see todays films.

I was a motion picture projectionist when that came out. The Roman Catholics asked for it to not be shown (first run through town) because it showed their priesthood smoking& drinking and they didn't want the Baptists making a big todo about that. LOL (ahhh, living in the southern bible-belt)

That picture reminded me of the lady who brought her Mini into the garage ‘cos it kept “spluttering and then dying after a few miles”.

The lady chugged into the garage just a few hundred yards from her home, took her handbag off the Choke lever, pushed the lever back and said “It’s all yours.” to the mechanic as she got out of the car.

The mechanic had a feeling that the problem had already been solved!
:hat:

Remember when butchers put sawdust on the floor.

Oh yes i do, worked as a boy for butcher at top of the road on the classic black butcher's bike with wicker basket doing meat deliveries. When i finished the round helped serve the customers. Remember when decimalisation came in, a lady purchased some chops and told her how much it was a she said " what's that in real money". Again fond memories. 😎

Another car themed picture from this morning. I was in the passenger seat. My oppo did a fantastic job minimising the effect of an inevitable collision, aches and pains all round and a few days off work but nothing serious.

Lucky, lucky, coupled with putting training to work! It doesn’t get any better than that!

The aches and pains will go away so try not to dwell on the memory; you know it makes sense!
