There is a pub in brighton that has started listing some craft beers as £5 for 2/3 of a pint. I guess that looks better than £7.50 for a pint.
Sacrilege I know but I actually quite like the 2/3 of a pint measure, it is just right for stronger IPA’s (6.5% and up) I even occasionally order thirds for Imperial stouts and the like.

£100 for Kobe Beef in a London, city centre restaurant? I can get a nicely marbled tin of corned beef for £2 from the local asda up here.

And don't get me started on the Tapas restaurant down the road. £5 for small bowl of Patatas Bravas, that works out at almost £20 for a dinner plate of spuds. 🤣

...and it's spelt inkerect!

My local brewery has an Imperial stout out at the moment in 750ml bottles. Costs £9 - and there's no way I'd pay that either.

Everywhere does it. Means people try more styles and buy more beer.
I agree, having 2/3rd of a pint of their stronger beers seemed the right amount, bought a couple of glasses.

As long as they aren’t doing it to mark them up, their Lower strength beers at £3 wasn’t a bad price and swmbo liked the idea of 2/3 as sometimes a pint of something is too much (lightweight) 😀
