Tiny Rebel, Cwtch - I'm a member of a beer subscription service and this is their pick for me this week! They've been pretty immense with their selections so far.

What's your twitter mate?

Out for a rare night out this evening, so supping a swift 'Sourdough' from Wild Beer Co before we hit the giddy night lights of Winchester....

Wow! Bone dry, beautifully sour. More akin to a cider than any beer I've had. In fact, Mrs Halfacrem declares it the only beer She's ever tasted that She likes!

I quite fancy having a go at some kettle souring..

I'm drinking water, pure and clean, refreshing tap water, ( all my beers are still in the fermentators or still conditioning p.p ) xD

Had a couple of First Gold Pales whilst brewing, have definitely improved with age and are now really good. Think it's my favourite English hop.

Well, its started off with banks and directors bitter whilst watching the rugby....for this evening I've got a Barry island IPA, an anchor steam beer, brewdogs 5am saint and a shepherd neame late red autumn splendour.....once I've rinsed that lot I think there's gin in the fridge too.....hick!....

A terribly sad Ossian in the Pitlochry pub where we play music!

Had a draught Leffe in the town earlier - very quaffable - but home now, so St. Peters Ruby Red tonight that I brewed in January

in terms of sourness, from the least to the most look out for rodenbach, duchess de bourgogne, rodenback grand cru, Liefmans goudenbrand, boon oude geuze

12 day old hbc dipa, checking for carbonation...

Quite cloudy but very drinkable already. Will need to look up the hops again as they work very well.

And a cooper's stout that has been bottled for 12 days after trying to keep co2 in PB2 for 3 months according to my calendar.

And my last tweaked Scottish heavy...

Opened a mini keg of my styrian wolf (thanks geterbrewed) high abv ale. It's skookam as fack as one of my fav non brewing YouTube'ers would say.

It's been a few months and the hops haven't faded at all.

Had a bottle of my Belgian golden ale. It has conditioned into a lovely beer, will crack open the mini keg next time I want one of those.

Tonight I am going to be drinking the last drop of my riwaka pale ale, sorry to see the end of it as its got better and better as I've drunk it

The last bottles are (almost) always the best.
